Little Boy Room Refresh

I was excited to get to do a little bedroom makeover for my nephew. His room was totally functional and fine, but everything needed to be tied in together a little more thoughtfully.

Here are the befores…

We added a felt right tile board. I love these because they are functional, recycled and sound-proofing. I love to use them as a little bulletin board.

We raised the curtains up to the ceiling. In their 8ft ceilings, 95” curtains fit perfectly. This is the curtain rod & the draperies (retro gold).

The Loloi Humphrey Rug from the Chris Loves Julia collection (Plum/Multi) was the perfect add. It is super soft and a stunning rug!

We added Beddy’s because they are my favorite for kids’ rooms. It’s easy for kids’ to make their own bed and helps to limit falling out of the bed with the zip-up feature.
